Robert Foley is a Co-Founder and the Chief Operating Officer at fSquared Marketing.

Rob is a proven leader with over 20 years of experience building large-scale web properties. He specializes in User Experience (UX) and Information Architecture (IA) definition and has very strong project management skills. Rob is known for his ability to innovate and develop new ways to increase customer acquisition, maximize loyalty and retention and deliver positive bottom-line results. He has an outstanding record of achievement with a strong ability to influence organizations, executives, and customers.

After relocating from Brooklyn, New York, to Vancouver in 2010 he has successfully applied these skills to the Legal industry working closely with US & Canadian Law Firms, helping them to define, execute and manage their Digital Strategies and Online Presence.

Rob previously spent fifteen years at JPMorgan Chase where he worked on numerous initiatives across the bank’s public & secure websites, including Chase.com, Chase Online Banking, JPMorgan Online, and BrownCo.

During his time there he also managed the Retail Banking e-business strategy and oversaw the rollout of a suite of online Market Data and Research tools to support the bank’s brokerage accounts for both Retail, Small Business and Private Bank customers.

Rob studied Communications with a concentration in TV Production, Photography and Media Studies at Colaiste Dhulaige in Dublin, Ireland.

He is also an alumni of the JPMorgan Technology and Operations Executive Training Program.

IN A PREVIOUS LIFE…

Rob was a Video Editor for Murakami Wolf Studios and worked on the cartoon show Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Donatello was his favorite Ninja Turtle. He was also news cameraman for TV-AM in the U.K.
