To attract the next generation of legal talent, law firms need to understand today’s students. What are they looking for in a career and in a firm? What methods do they use to research articling positions? What exactly do millennials want?
We had a simple idea: why not just ask them? So that’s exactly what we did. We surveyed over 230 students studying law at universities all across Canada.
The result is a rare look into the mindset of the millennial law student. We compiled these findings into an in-depth report, which we are pleased to share with law firms, universities, journalists, anyone and everyone with an interest in the legal profession.
